Spectrum was invited to offer possible solutions to a wholly owned Afghanistan business in 2010. On completion of a business audit, it was found that there were a number of issues that could be resolved through cost effective measures.
These solutions encompassed: Sales Management, Corporate Services, Operational Management and Information Technology. As a result the business grew from 45m USD to 155m USD turnover and achieved 21% operational savings.
